1. Exhaust Gas（VOCs）Purification Facilities
The temperature and humidity of the printing environment will have a great impact on ink and paper. Therefore, when planning and building a printing workshop, temperature and humidity control must be carefully considered. In addition, exhaust gas is inevitably generated during the printing process, so exhaust gas treatment in the workshop is very important, and terminal treatment is performed to reduce emissions.
In order to maintain the constant temperature and humidity of the printing workshop and ensure the stability of the printing quality, Sun Hing Printing has installed a central air conditioner many years ago.
In the treatment of exhaust gas (VOCs), the introduction of organic waste gas purification treatment facilities. Collected through the air pipe, filtered + UV catalytic oxidation decomposition device, and centrifugal exhaust fan, the exhaust gas will be discharged at high altitude. Through transformation, the waste gas of the workshop can reach the environmental protection standard, which not only guarantees the constant temperature and humidity conditions of the workshop, but also achieves the purpose of waste gas remediation.
2. Integrated Wastewater Treatment Equipment
The integrated equipment for wastewater treatment is to effectively remove organic substances in sewage through physical filtration, biodegradation, plant interception and other processes.
China’s industrial economy continues to grow, and communities, villages, schools, hospitals, factories and other places generate a lot of sewage, which has a major impact on the water environment. Sun Hing Printing not only develops the economy, but also protects the environment and the earth. In 2019, it invested in the purchase of integrated sewage treatment equipment to give play to the treatment effect of industrial organic wastewater and some production wastewater to achieve compliance with the national wastewater discharge standards.
3. Pre-press Disposable CTP Plate
With the continuous maturity of CTP technology, Sun Hing Printing introduced Kodak CTP plate-making machine and no-rinse CTP plate material. The no-rinse CTP plate means that after the plate is exposed, it can be printed directly on the machine without chemical treatment. In this way, eliminate the process of rinsing the printing plate, and the generation of a large amount of chemical-containing waste liquid in the fundamental plate-making conversion is eliminated, and green and environmentally friendly printing that realizes the plate-making conversion is realized.
4. Zero Plastic Heat-sealable Paper Bag
Through innovative environmentally friendly process solutions, we use FSC degradable food-grade paper and water-based materials, in the process of innovative methods to produce environmentally friendly heat-sealable paper bags. This is a patent pending program. Sun Hing Printing is still looking for more different solutions.
The environmental protection road of Sun Hing Printing is still constantly exploring and practicing, while developing itself, it must also bring social environmental protection benefits.
